We ship our iron doors using 6 deferent qualify freight carriers (Ground Service). We will send you the freight quote once the door is finish and boxed, since freight companies are only holding quotes for 4-working days. Please let us know If you need expedite delivery, and we can arrange that for you.

We take special care on packing all of our products for shipping. If you do received damage merchandise, we will try to make the replacement process as quickly as possible. Be sure to notify us of the damaged freight within 24 hours of delivery, and keep all of the original packing materials. If you notice any evident damage on the crate take some pictures of the damaged packing to be able to notified the freight company

Orders are considered placed when deposit payment has been received. All orders required a 50% deposit to begin production and the balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. Normal lead times are depending on the order and from the time the deposit payment is received and drawings approved by the customer

How long will it take for my order to ship. Because all of our products are hand made, we keep a small amount of work in process. Once the order is received, the product will ship in 4 -1/2 weeks on small batch of 5 to 10 of the same product. Large orders of 20 to 50 of the same product will normally take 5-weeks to complete. We will e-mail you with the shipping information once your order is 4-days prior to be finish.

All sales are final unless approved by Iron Gallery, LLC. If a return is approved a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
