Damage Shipping.
We take special care on packing and crating all of our doors for shipping. If you do received damage merchandise, we will try to make the replacement process as quickly as possible. Be sure to notify us and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery, and to keep all of the original packing materials, and photo images of the product at the time of delivery.
